By far the most informative book written by a non Health Care professional. I found the pre-hab exercises to be of great benefit (but not fun!) LOL. I also found that this book Really made me think of how I should adapt my environment BEFORE I had THR. Written with Humor – which helps take the edge off the anxiety meter, (Poor Mother-in-Law)… As an RN and a THR recipient, I found this book to have the best, and most positive advice, written in terms and verbiage that all should understand.

Awesome! Book answered many questions. Provided good tips on what and what not to do. Good references to other sites.

I liked this book because it is an honest, straightforward account of this man’s experience. I have learned a lot and now feel a lot better going in for my hip replacement in a few weeks. Thank you Rod!
